Section K continuation...Recommendation

Recommendation

Ø              Based on the information gathered about the client child ‘s problem, the therapist recommends the following:

First about the relationship of the client to his stepfather > the stepfather should continue to be open with the client’s feelings and emotions. Of course, the mother of the child should support and guides the child in his acts and behaviors.

Secondly, about the respect and obedience of the child > the parents of the child should continue to keep an eye in whatever actions that affect the behavior of the child. Continue in reminding the client about respect and obedience. Be a role model as parents to the client child.

Third, about communication skills > always maintain the open communication in the family and make every moment of bonding with each other. Continue to show concern and love with each other.

Fourth, about the speaking skills of the client child > continue to teach the client for him to practice his speaking skills. Provide educational materials for reading.

Last, about the values that the client should possess > As parents, continue to teach the child about the importance of having values in life such as respectful and obedience.

            The therapist recommends to the parents of the child to have a weekly consultation with the therapist to assess the progress of the client about his behavior. The members of the family are also advised to join seminars on how to handle different behaviors. And the most important, the family members especially the stepfather should continue to support the client in every aspect of his life.
